Term life insurance

Be there for them, even when you can’t.Term insurance in Rajula: large cover for a small premium.

Term insurance is pure protection: if you die during the policy term, your nominee gets the full cover amount. We help you choose the right cover and term, and explain every line before you sign.

Who term insurance is for

You earn and others depend on you

If your spouse, children or parents live on your income, a term plan can replace that income if something happens to you.

You have a home loan or other loans

With enough cover, your family can clear the loan and keep the house, instead of having to sell it.

You are young and healthy

Premiums are usually lower when you buy young and in good health, and in most plans the premium stays the same for the whole term.

How we help you buy term insurance

Work out your cover

We look at your yearly expenses, loans and big goals like your children’s education, then subtract what you have already saved. You can try the term cover calculator first.

Choose a plan and fill the form honestly

We explain how plans differ on premium, term and riders, and sit with you while you fill the proposal form, so your health and habits are shown correctly.

Keep the policy going

We help you pay premiums on time, keep the nominee up to date, and stand with your family if they ever need to make a claim.

What we do for you

  • Set a cover amount from your income, loans and goals, not a guess
  • Suggest a policy term that runs at least till your planned retirement
  • Explain riders like accidental death, critical illness and waiver of premium, and whether you need them
  • Go through the proposal form with you so no health detail or habit is left out
  • Check that the nominee is named correctly, and update it when life changes
  • Help your family with documents and follow-up if a claim is ever made
Tell the whole truth on the proposal form

An insurer can reject a claim if it finds that something important was hidden when you bought the policy: an old illness, smoking, alcohol, a risky job or other policies you hold. Disclose everything, even if the premium goes up a little. An honest form protects your family’s claim.

Many families keep the two jobs apart: a term plan for protection, and separate investments for goals. Whatever you choose, read the policy wording and benefit illustration before you buy.

FAQ

Common questions

How much term insurance cover do I need?
Add up what your family would need without your income: years of household expenses, every loan, and big goals like education and marriage. Subtract your savings and any cover you already have. The term cover calculator does the maths, and our guide on how much term cover you need explains each step.
Till what age should the policy run?
Ideally till you plan to stop working, or till your loans are paid off and your children can stand on their own feet. After that, your family usually depends far less on your income, and cover to very old ages costs more.
Do I get money back if I survive the term?
In a regular term plan, no, and that is why the premium is low. Some plans return the premiums at the end, but they cost a lot more. We show you both side by side so you can decide.
Which riders are worth adding?
Riders are add-ons for an extra premium. Accidental death benefit pays more if death is due to an accident. Critical illness pays a lump sum if you’re diagnosed with an illness listed in the policy. Waiver of premium stops future premiums in cases the policy defines, such as disability. Read each rider’s terms before adding it.
Can a term insurance claim be rejected?
Yes. It can happen if the policy lapsed because premiums weren’t paid, if important facts were hidden on the form, or if the cause of death falls under an exclusion. No one can promise a claim will be approved, but paying on time, disclosing honestly and keeping the nominee updated give your family the strongest footing.
Why does the nominee matter so much?
The nominee is the person who receives the claim money. Name them clearly, tell them the policy exists and where the papers are kept, and update the nominee after marriage, the birth of a child or a death in the family.
