In short: this website doesn’t track you. If you become a client, we collect the details the law requires, keep them safe, and share them only where needed.

On this website

  • There are no accounts or logins, no ads and no tracking cookies.
  • The contact form opens WhatsApp on your own phone or computer, with your message ready to send. The website itself doesn’t store what you type. Once you send the message, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to it.
  • The calculators work on your own device. The numbers you enter aren’t sent to us.
  • The site remembers your language choice through the page address. Gujarati pages start with /gu/, so no cookie is needed.
  • The company that hosts the website may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

If you become our client

To open and service your investments or insurance, we collect the KYC details and other information the law requires. This usually includes your name, address, date of birth, PAN, identity and address proof, bank details, nominee details, phone number and email. For some insurance policies, the insurer also needs health details.

We share your details only with these parties, and only to process your investments or policies, or when the law requires it:

  • Asset Management Companies (AMCs)
  • Registrars and transfer agents (RTAs), who keep mutual fund records for AMCs
  • KYC registration agencies (KRAs)
  • Insurance companies
  • Regulators and government authorities, such as SEBI and IRDAI, when the law requires it

We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.

How we keep records

We keep your forms and documents safely, and only the people who handle your work can see them. We keep records for as long as the law and regulators require, even after you stop being a client.

Your choices

  • You can use this website without sharing any personal details.
  • You can ask what details we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that’s wrong or out of date.
  • You can tell us if you don’t want to receive updates or reminders from us.
  • Some details can’t be deleted while you hold investments or policies through us, or while the law requires us to keep them.
