Start with a SIP amount you’re comfortable with, and add lumpsum money after a good season.

First-time investors

Never invested in the market? A small SIP is a gentle way to begin and see how mutual funds behave.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a SIP investment?
SIP stands for Systematic Investment Plan. A fixed amount moves from your bank account to a mutual fund on a set date each month, and you get units at that day’s NAV (the price of one unit). Over time it builds a saving habit and spreads your buying across highs and lows.
How much do I need to start a mutual fund SIP in Rajula?
Many funds let you start with ₹500 a month or even less. You need a one-time KYC with your PAN, Aadhaar and bank details, and we help you complete it. Visit us at Shyam Complex, Jawahar Road, Rajula, or call +91 94286 19595.
What is a step-up SIP?
A step-up SIP raises your monthly amount by a set percentage or rupee amount each year, say 10% as your income grows. Small yearly raises can make a big difference over 15 to 20 years. Try the step-up SIP calculator.
Should I invest through a SIP or a lumpsum?
If you earn every month, a SIP is usually easier and you worry less about market timing. If a large amount comes at once, from a bonus, a harvest or a sale, a lumpsum can work, or the money can be moved into equity funds gradually over a few months. We explain the options for your situation.
Can I stop or pause my SIP?
Yes. You can stop a SIP anytime, and many fund houses also let you pause it for a few months. Stopping a SIP doesn’t take your money out; the units you hold stay invested until you sell them. Some funds charge a small exit load if you sell within a set period.
How do you get paid?
We deal only in Regular Plans and earn a commission from the fund house, which is included in the fund’s expense ratio. The same funds also have Direct Plans with a lower expense ratio, where you invest on your own without a distributor. Read how we work for details.
